Full-time Director of Consumer Assistance Programs

The Healthcare Consortium, a charitable organization serving the residents of Columbia and Greene Counties, is seeking an experienced program manager to serve as our Director of Consumer Assistance Programs. In this full-time (35 hr/week,) non-exempt role, the Director manages all activities associated with the Navigator Program, NY Connects, the Prescription Access and Referral Program, and Financial Assistance Funds. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of all program budgets, work plans, and deliverables, as well as hiring, training and supervision of all program staff.

This is a senior role at the organization. Therefore, we are searching for candidates with a minimum of five years’ experience in a program management role that included the supervision of staff. Also expected are excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and navigate the internet. A knowledge of Columbia and Greene Counties is also desired.

The wage range for this position is $28/hr to $35/hr, depending upon skills and experience, with a rich benefit package. The Healthcare Consortium’s offices are located in an ADA-compliant facility.
