Full-Time Office Manager
Are you looking for demanding but doable work, surrounded by caring and supportive colleagues, all sharing a purpose that you can feel good about? The Healthcare Consortium, a charitable organization serving the residents of Columbia and Greene Counties, is searching for a full-time (35 hrs/wk) Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations, our Executive Director, and Board. The Office Manager’s duties include basic clerical and customer service functions, general office management, staff benefits administration, and administrative support. Candidates must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, be comfortable navigating the web, and speak, write, and interact in a professional way. Candidates with supervisory experience, knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures, as well as those who speak language(s) other than English, and/or possess a certification as a Notary Public, will be given special consideration.
The starting wage for this non-exempt position is $25.00/hour (firm), with a rich benefit package (really). The Healthcare Consortium’s offices are located in an ADA-compliant facility.
