Description of Duties:
SUNY Canton is seeking a Student Conduct Officer beginning immediately.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in administration of the judicial process on campus including meeting with students to address violations of the Student Code of Conduct. Adjudicating at and advising during the judicial hearing board processes.
This position may have some evening and weekend hours as well as required regular emergency contact duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or three to five years of professional student affairs/conduct experience preferred. Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the desire to take on challenging work in a fun, engaging and ever-changing environment.
